  1. All personal information customers give during the time of registration on our website will be kept confidential and will not be shared or sold to any third party.
  2. All data regarding the payments made by customers during the subscription to the company’s programs advertised on our website will be confidential and will not be shared.
  3. Companies have the right to make amendments to the policies, terms, and conditions, so we advise our customers to review the terms and regulations on an ongoing basis to understand the major changes.
  4. The prices of subscriptions, meals, and provided services may vary occasionally, so we recommend that all customers review the terms and conditions on an ongoing basis to understand these changes.
  5. Customers can make payments through our website using only Visa or MasterCard credit cards, and transactions are limited to UAE dirhams exclusively.
  6. The customer can contact our customer service anytime to express their queries and concerns.
  7. This website is governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates
  8. Our website is accessible only to individuals aged 18 years and above.

     

Terms and Conditions

  1. The customer has a normal validity period for subscription with a duration of 90 days starting from the first day of delivery (including putting the plan on hold) and once the 90 days are exceeded, the subscription will be cancelled automatically.
  2. The customer can make any amendment during the subscription period; however, it must be notified to our customer service either via call or WhatsApp 24 hours before the date of the amendment.
  3. Customers are unable to select their meals individually; instead, they have the option to exclude disliked items or allergens. Alternatively, they may opt for a custom plan at an additional cost.
  4. The delivery services on a regular day will be from 10 AM to 10 PM in a week, except on Friday. Meals are for the next day or should be eaten on the next day.
  5. The driver will wait at the agreed-upon delivery location for only 10 minutes upon arrival, as communicated to the customer at the start of their subscription. If the customer does not respond to the driver's call, the meals will be retained at the nearest Light and Fit branch for pickup.
  6. The customer has the right to receive a refund for any remaining funds, provided that the subscription does not extend beyond 5 days from the initial start date, in accordance with the company's financial terms and conditions.
  7. Refunds are applicable only within the specified periods of 21 days and 28 days, with no refunds available for periods of 7 days and 14 days.



 

Financial Terms and Conditions of the Company



A fee of 2.65% will be deducted for deposit and transfer services from the total amount paid via card. Additionally, the days of service already provided to the customer at the original price, without any discounts, are deducted. The refunded amount is then credited to the agreed-upon bank account within 7 to 10 business days from the subscription cancellation date.
